In pharmacology the reason for increased creatinine after ACE inhibitors is bcoz of efferent artery dilation that reduces Gfr but here at 5:42 they have said ACE inhibitor or ARBS cause vasoconstriction of renal vessel causing ischemia.. how can blocking or reducing angiotensin 2 cause vasoconstriction????

Doctors, please note about the Ottawa SAH rule. It is almost 100% sensitivity and close to 15% specificity . As such if it is negative you can almost certainly r/o SAH and if positive it does not concur high probability of SAH (I think you have quoted incorrectly at time 13:39). Thanks,
